The aim of the training is to provide milk purchasing staff and quality managers with comprehensive information on factors affecting the quality of raw milk.

- current legislation on raw cow's milk quality (Czech Republic, EU)
- historical development of milk hygiene quality requirements
- the influence of nutrition on milk components
- equipping farms with milking technology
- bacteriological quality of purchased milk
