Principles for increasing the quality of purchased milk

The aim of the training is to provide milk purchasing staff and quality managers with comprehensive information on factors affecting the quality of raw milk.

  • overview of milk quality results for 2024 Milk Analysis Laboratory ČMSCH a. s. Brno
  • current legislation on raw cow's milk quality (Czech Republic, EU)
  • historical development of milk hygiene quality requirements
  • the influence of nutrition on milk components
  • equipping farms with milking technology
  • bacteriological quality of purchased milk
