The Dairy Research Institute (DRI) has long been involved in research, development, and innovation in the food industry. In the field of microbiological and chemical analysis, we provide expert support to food and beverage manufacturers. We ensure the detection and identification of microorganisms in food, product safety assessment, and control of technological processes. Chemical analyses mainly include the determination of basic nutritional parameters.
