The Chemistry Department provides comprehensive services in the field of IR milk analyzer calibration based on reference materials prepared and tested in a specialized testing laboratory. Reference materials are produced according to specific customer requirements and include various matrices that are analyzed according to the calibration needs of individual instruments.

In addition to calibration, the Chemistry Department also focuses on interlaboratory comparison tests, which are performed annually on three matrices: raw milk, skimmed milk, and cream. These tests compare the fat, dry matter, and protein content. Comparisons are also made for freezing point tests on two matrices: milk samples and salt solutions.

The chemistry department also offers training and individual consultations according to the specific needs of our customers.

In addition to accredited tests, we also offer a wide range of non-accredited tests, including urea and lactic acid determination, fat and protein analysis in butter, dried milk analysis (purity, WPNI), viscosity, thermostability, and many others.
