Universal diagnostic culture medium for determining the number of Lactobacillus bacteria in food according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 15214.

M.R.S. 54 (de Man, Rogosa and Sharpe agar 54)

Special diagnostic culture medium for quantifying Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus according to the standard ČSN ISO 7889.

M 17 agar

A culture medium for detection of Streptococcus thermophilus according to ČSN ISO 7889 and other lactococcus.

FHN (Facultative Heterofermentative Lactobacilli Nutrient Medium)

Diagnostic culture medium enriched with VN supplement. Used to determine the number of facultative heterofermentative lactobacillus in products for human consumption and animal feed.

TOS-MUP (Propionate Agar with Transgalactosylated Oligosaccharides and Mupirocin)

The culture medium promotes the growth of bifidobacteria while inhibiting the growth of other lactic acid bacteria through the addition of the selective supplement mupirocin. It is used to determine bifidobacteria in dairy products in accordance with ČSN ISO 29981.
