GTK (Plate Count Agar)

Agar culture medium containing glucose, tryptone, and yeast extract. Used to determine the overall number of microorganisms according to ČSN EN ISO 4833-1 and ČSN EN ISO 4833-2 standards.

GTK - AB

Modification of GTK culture medium with the addition of Chinese blue. Allows differentiation between acidogenic and alkaligenic microorganisms when determining their total number.

GTK - M

A variant of GTK culture medium with the addition of dried skimmed milk. It is used to determine the overall number of microorganisms in milk and dairy products according to the ČSN EN ISO 4833-1 standard.

This medium is also suitable for determining psychrotrophic microorganisms in milk.

Masopepton agar (MPA) No. 2

Universal culture medium suitable for the cultivation of less demanding microorganisms.

Agar with yeast extract

Agar culture medium intended for determining the total number of cultivable microorganisms in water according to the ČSN EN ISO 6222 standard.
