History of the company
Company MILCOM a.s. arose in 1991 as a successor of the former state enterprise "State enterprice of scientific-technical, business and technical services", founded in 1989 as a subject associating service, research, consultancy and auxiliary production activities of former general management of concern "Dairy industry" in Czechoslovakia.
Company MILCOM a.s. had been composed from 6 separate premises and had cca 200 employees in time of setting up. The activities of the company as well as the number of employees was markedly reduced and optimlized during nineties. Some premises was sold during privatisation process and some activities was grouped.
The company MILCOM was fully privatised in 1999.
From the end of the nineties company MILCOM a.s. consists of general management and three divisions specialized in different branches of food industry.
